MakNuAx is the culmination of decades of collaboration between the partner companies, MakPar and NuAxis Innovations. Together, we offer federal customers a proven legacy of managing and delivering large and complex IT infrastructure programs at the Department of the Interior (DOI), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Department of Labor (DOL).
Building on our customer-first culture, MakNuAx integrates Customer Experience (CX) into every solution that we build and deliver for federal customers. We strongly believe that any IT modernization, transformation, or steady state program can succeed only if it follows an overarching CX discipline that incorporates the voice of the customer through detailed journey maps that help us walk in our customer’s shoes. Through our diverse experience, we have shown this to be a critical value-add, specifically when a department-level OCIO is delivering enterprise infrastructure services throughout their own agency and to additional external agencies. We continue to invest and deliver CX through a rigorous human-centered design (HCD) approach for federal programs of all sizes and scopes.
